THE WARRANTY:

Thank you for choosing a Great Northern Popcorn Company product. Great Northern Popcorn Company (GNP) warrants the original purchaser of new food equipment manufactured by GNP to be free from defects in materials or workmanship from the date of the original purchase for a period of 3 years on the machine. There is a 30 day limited warranty on all consumable parts including kettles and/or light bulbs. All products are manufactured to ISO9000 standards and are carefully inspected prior to leaving the manufacturing plant. We trust that you will have many years of trouble-free use of your GNP product.

WHO IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:

The original purchaser who has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase and all other requested information.

WHAT IS COVERED:

The obligation of GNP under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any parts or components that in the opinion of GNP are defective. All parts that are returned and deemed to be defective will be replaced free of charge. There is a 30 day limited warranty on all consumable parts including kettles and/or light bulbs.
